Senior Contract Analyst

Job Summary

To ensure the outpatient and specialty audit teams operate with accurate payer-provider contracts and reimbursement policies, the remote Senior Contract Analyst will manage contract documentation, identify audit opportunities, and maintain policy libraries while adapting to a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary source for payer-provider contracts and reimbursement policies, ensuring audit teams have the correct documentation
• Review and document contract terms with audit opportunities, translating complex language into clear, usable formats for auditors
• Maintain the library of payer reimbursement policies and manage the outpatient concept matrix to ensure alignment with client contracts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare payment integrity, provider contracting, or claims auditing
• Ability to read and interpret payer-provider contract terms and reimbursement methodologies
• Strong knowledge of outpatient reimbursement structures and payer reimbursement policies
• Advanced Excel skills with experience in building and maintaining complex tracking tools
