Senior Contract Compliance Associate

Job Summary

To support operational excellence, the full-time Senior Contract Compliance Associate will independently manage procurement contracting activities, negotiate various commercial agreements, and provide operational support for third-party risk management and subcontracting compliance programs in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end vendor contracting, including negotiation of pricing and commercial terms for various agreements
• Review and negotiate risk provisions related to information security, data protection, and confidentiality while engaging subject matter experts as needed
• Proactively manage contract renewals and compliance activities to prevent operational disruptions and ensure adherence to timelines

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in contracts, procurement, compliance, or third-party risk management
• Experience in negotiating vendor contracts with a focus on information security and risk provisions
• Foundational knowledge of third-party risk management and vendor due diligence processes
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple contracts and compliance activities independently
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional work experience required
