Senior Contract Compliance Associate

Job Summary

Managing procurement contracting activities, the full-time Senior Contract Compliance Associate will independently review and negotiate various commercial agreements while providing operational support for third-party risk management and subcontracting compliance programs in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end vendor contracting, including negotiating pricing and commercial terms for NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and other agreements
• Review and negotiate risk provisions related to information security, data protection, and confidentiality, engaging subject matter experts as needed
• Proactively manage contract renewals and compliance activities to prevent operational disruptions and ensure adherence to timelines

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in contracts, procurement, compliance, or third-party risk management, with hands-on experience in vendor contracts
• Experience negotiating vendor contract provisions related to information security and risk management
• Foundational knowledge of third-party risk management and vendor due diligence processes
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple contracts and compliance activities while exercising sound judgment
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional work experience required
