Senior Contract Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

Owning vendor contracting for technology agreements, the full-time Senior Contract Compliance Specialist will manage the negotiation, execution, and renewal of software and service contracts while supporting third-party risk management operations in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage vendor contracting end-to-end, applying established playbooks and identifying cost savings opportunities
• Review and negotiate information security and data protection provisions within established parameters
• Proactively manage contract renewals and compliance activities to prevent operational disruptions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in reviewing and negotiating technology vendor agreements, including NDAs and SaaS contracts
• Demonstrated experience with information security and data protection provisions in vendor agreements
• Foundational knowledge of third-party risk management and vendor due diligence processes
• Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines while exercising sound judgment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience required
