Senior Contract Management Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a highly experienced Senior Contract Management Specialist, the hybrid role will oversee the complete contract lifecycle using Ironclad CLM, ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and optimizing processes while collaborating with various teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of contract lifecycle management processes within Ironclad CLM
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable workflows and contract templates
• Configure and manage the Ironclad Dynamic Repository, including metadata, obligation tracking, and contract-performance monitoring

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification preferred
• At least 10 years of contract management experience with a strong understanding of contract drafting and compliance
• Minimum of five years of hands-on experience with Ironclad CLM, including workflow design and integrations
• Experience integrating CLM platforms with CRM, ERP, and e-signature systems; familiarity with REST APIs preferred
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional CLM initiatives and process improvement programs
