Senior Contract Management Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance contract lifecycle management, the hybrid Senior Contract Management Specialist will oversee the complete contract lifecycle, ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and optimize processes using the Ironclad CLM platform, leveraging over 10 years of experience, including 5 years specifically with Ironclad.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous optimization of contract lifecycle management processes within Ironclad CLM
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable workflows and contract templates
• Configure and manage the Ironclad Dynamic Repository and design integrations with various platforms using Ironclad APIs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field; advanced degree or certification preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of contract management experience, including drafting, negotiation, and compliance
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Ironclad CLM, including implementation and administration
• Experience integrating CLM platforms with CRM, ERP, and e-signature systems, with knowledge of REST APIs and webhooks
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and analyze contract data and risks
