Senior Contract Manager
Job Summary
Managing vendor contracts, the full-time Senior Contract Manager will negotiate, execute, and maintain contracts while ensuring compliance with legal standards in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the contract approval process and coordinate with the Legal Department for contract development and amendments
- Ensure compliance with government contracting standards for Medicare, Medicaid, and FEHB programs
- Provide training on contract creation, negotiation, and maintenance to SelectHealth caregivers
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in an applicable major
- Five years of experience analyzing contracts and understanding standard contract language
- Intermediate experience with word processing and spreadsheet programs
- Working knowledge of HIPAA standards related to vendor contracts
- Experience in contract management for an insurer, healthcare provider, or related field is preferred
