Senior Contract Manager
Job Summary
Leading the commercial and contractual aspects of complex opportunities, the full-time Senior Contract Manager will manage contract drafting, negotiation, and risk assessment remotely across the Middle East and Africa region.
Key responsibilities
- Lead commercial risk assessment for customer proposals and bids
- Draft, review, redline, and negotiate various agreements, including customer and subcontract agreements
- Develop negotiation strategies and present deal structures to senior leadership for approval
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Minimum 10 years of experience in contract management or related fields
- Strong understanding of contract law principles and commercial risk allocation
- Fluency in English and either French or Arabic (spoken and written)
