Senior Contract Manager

Job Summary

Acquiring and managing right of way agreements for various projects, the full-time Senior Contract Manager will negotiate with private companies, landowners, and government agencies to support the company's fiber optic network while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate right of way agreements with various stakeholders
• Review title information, surveys, and maps to determine property ownership and encumbrances
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of right of way agreements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, law, real estate, financial management, or related field; Master's preferred
• Minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience in contract management, right of way acquisition, or land administration
• Expert knowledge of right of way acquisition principles and practices
• Experience in telecom, outside plant design, construction, or network planning preferred
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and right of way software applications
