Job Summary
Owning the commercial contracting process, the full-time Senior Contract Manager will independently lead negotiations, manage contracts, and support acquisition diligence in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the entire contracting process from intake to execution and ongoing obligation tracking
- Negotiate customer and vendor agreements, including software licenses, SaaS agreements, and NDAs
- Support acquisition diligence by producing contract summaries and managing post-closing follow-ups
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant experience in commercial contract negotiation
- Proven ability to lead negotiations with customers, vendors, and legal teams
- Strong experience with B2B software, SaaS, and US/Canadian commercial contracting
- Demonstrated ownership of contracting processes and ability to manage competing priorities
- Hands-on experience using AI for contract review or legal operations
