Job Summary
To support a rapidly scaling business, the full-time Senior Contract Manufacturing Manager will develop and manage supplier relationships for a defined product category, ensuring high performance in service, cost, quality, and innovation while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage Contract Manufacturing partners for assigned product categories
- Deliver relationship management and execute a 3-year supply base strategy plan
- Support sourcing events and deliver cost savings goals while managing supplier performance reviews
Required Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management in CPG
- Proven experience in negotiations, contracts, and agreements
- Experience managing a complex end-to-end supply chain
- Background in Planning, Logistics, and Customer Service
- Lean, APICS, or CPSM Certification or training is a plus
