Senior Contract Paralegal - Delaware
Job Summary
To support a growing Virtual Paralegal Service team, the part-time Senior Contract Paralegal - Delaware will provide project-based contract drafting, review, negotiation support, and contract management services for clients in logistics, transportation, and supply chain sectors in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, review, and manage commercial contracts related to logistics and supply chain operations
- Assist with contract lifecycle management, including drafting, reviewing, and coordinating revisions
- Identify contractual risks and ensure alignment with client policies and applicable regulations
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant contract or paralegal experience preferred
- Advanced contract drafting, review, and management skills
- Strong knowledge of logistics, transportation, and commercial contracting concepts
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365 and contract management systems
- Excellent legal writing, proofreading, and document-management skills
