Senior Contract Recruiter

Job Summary

Leading full-cycle recruiting efforts, the full-time Senior Contract Recruiter will develop sourcing strategies, manage candidate pipelines, and collaborate with hiring managers to attract top-tier talent in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meetings through offer negotiation and onboarding support
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using various recruiting tools and platforms
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for skill alignment and cultural fit

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of professional recruiting experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple job functions and levels
• Strong experience sourcing candidates through advanced recruiting tools and strategies
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Workday Recruiting
• Demonstrated success in candidate generation, pipeline management, and requisition fulfillment
