Senior Contract Specialist

Job Summary

Managing the execution and administration of complex Purchase-Based Contracting agreements, the full-time Senior Contract Specialist will work remotely to ensure compliance with pricing strategies and regulatory standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams in the pharmaceutical sector.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of Purchase-Based contracts, ensuring alignment with pricing strategies and legal standards
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, collaborating with various internal teams
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Purchase-Based contract terms and support new product launches through contract strategy implementation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Legal Studies, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical contracting, specifically with Government and Federal contract compliance
• In-depth knowledge of Government Pricing calculations and regulatory contract requirements
• Advanced proficiency with contract management systems and Microsoft Excel
• Strong financial and analytical acumen with the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects
