Senior Contracts Manager
Job Summary
Independently managing a high volume of commercial agreements, the full-time Senior Contracts Manager will draft, review, and negotiate contracts while partnering with Sales and Customer Success teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate customer and vendor agreements, including MSAs, SaaS/subscription agreements, and NDAs
- Resolve routine and moderately complex contract issues, escalating high-risk matters to Sr. Counsel
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Technology to align contract terms with business strategy and risk tolerance
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience negotiating commercial contracts in a BPaaS, SaaS, or technology company
- Strong experience with SaaS, BPaaS, professional services, software licensing, and data processing agreements
- Ability to manage a high volume of agreements with minimal supervision and sound independent judgment
- Bachelor's degree required; JD and/or LLM preferred
