Senior Contracts Manager
Job Summary
Combining expertise in commercial contracting and legal operations, the full-time remote Senior Contracts and Legal Operations Manager will manage contracting queues, negotiate agreements, and enhance legal processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams during U.S. West Coast hours.
Key responsibilities
- Independently handle contract intake, triage, and negotiation of agreements, ensuring efficient processing during U.S. West Coast hours
- Continuously improve contracting processes, templates, and enablement materials for Sales and other stakeholders
- Serve as the primary operational partner for legal technology initiatives, delivering reporting and insights from contract data
Required qualifications
- Seven or more years of relevant commercial contracts or legal operations experience, preferably in SaaS or enterprise technology
- Experience negotiating standardized commercial agreements within established templates and escalation frameworks
- Strong project management skills across multiple concurrent systems and process initiatives
- Ability to develop practical, business-facing process documentation and enablement materials
- Interest or experience using AI in contracting or legal operations workflows
