Managing complex contracts remotely, the full-time Senior Contracts Manager will oversee contract administration, lead negotiations, and ensure compliance with contractual terms for projects valued between $20 to $200+ million.
Key responsibilities
- Reviews client contracts to identify risks and ensure conformity to company policy
- Leads negotiations with federal and commercial customers, proposing alternative text/clauses as needed
- Monitors and administers the business provisions of prime contracts to ensure compliance with contractual terms
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 15+ years of prime contract administration experience
- Active TS/SCI security clearance
- Thorough knowledge of industry business practices and negotiation of prime contracts
- Ability to perform in a lead capacity
