Senior Contracts Manager

Job Summary

Independently managing a broad portfolio of commercial agreements, the full-time remote Senior Contracts Manager will lead negotiations, draft and review contracts, and serve as a trusted adviser to cross-functional teams while ensuring compliance with company standards and risk frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a high volume of commercial agreements, including SaaS order forms and service level agreements
• Serve as the primary point of contact between Legal and business stakeholders, providing guidance on contract structure and negotiation strategy
• Identify recurring negotiation patterns and operational risks, translating observations into improvements for templates and processes

Required qualifications

• Five or more years of experience negotiating and managing commercial technology agreements, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage customer-facing SaaS negotiations and related commercial documents
• Strong commercial judgment with the ability to distinguish material risks from lower-value negotiating points
• Working knowledge of common SaaS contracting issues, including data privacy and security
• Experience using AI-assisted tools for contract review and workflow automation
