Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented Senior Contracts Manager, the full-time remote position will manage commercial contracting processes, support sales teams, and negotiate various agreements including NDAs and SaaS contracts.
Key responsibilities
- Handle general contract inquiries and assist business development/sales teams with contract-related questions
- Review and negotiate contract changes to ensure compliance with company requirements
- Perform due diligence reviews for third-party vendor services and manage contract management tools
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5-12 years of experience in negotiating complex software and consulting services contracts
- In-house experience within a technology company with a quarterly sales cycle
- Strong understanding of standard contract language and negotiation terms
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple work streams and deliverables in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using AI tools productively for contract management tasks
