Senior Contracts Specialist
Job Summary
Leading and managing complex proposals and contracts, the full-time hybrid Principal Senior Contracts Specialist will oversee construction and modernization opportunities while developing strong relationships with internal and external customers.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all phases of the acquisition lifecycle for proposals, contracts, and business agreements
- Provide specialized knowledge in contracting, particularly in government-owned, contractor-operated facilities and federal procurement regulations
- Support the bid/proposal process, including risk assessment and negotiation strategies to maximize contract awards
Required qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship
- Bachelor's degree with a business-related focus
- In-depth knowledge of federal regulations (FAR, DFAR)
- Proven ability to negotiate and influence
- Capacity and motivation for hard work
