Senior Contracts Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting the company's core business, the full-time remote Senior Contracts Specialist will manage project-level agreements and essential contracting documentation, ensuring alignment with client specifications and organizational guidelines.
Key responsibilities
- Review and prepare agreements, including Confidentiality Disclosure Agreements (CDAs) and Master Services Agreements (MSAs), ensuring compliance with established guidelines
- Negotiate contractual terms and conditions with clients and third parties while tracking contract agreements and related metadata
- Develop and implement compliance and contracting policies, providing training across the organization
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree with experience in contractual agreements
- Relevant experience in a professional services or consulting environment within the life sciences, pharma, or biotech industry
- Familiarity with legal and procurement functions in the life sciences or healthcare sectors
