Senior Conversational AI Designer
Job Summary
To create engaging conversational AI experiences, the remote contract Senior Conversational AI Designer will serve as the lead design expert, collaborating with product, engineering, and business teams to design intuitive chat and voice interactions while developing conversation flows and optimizing user engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Design customer-centric chat and voice interactions that anticipate user needs
- Develop conversation flows and interaction strategies aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate insights and requirements into effective conversational solutions
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience designing complex conversational experiences for chatbots or voice applications
- 1+ year of experience designing Conversational AI or Generative AI solutions
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering best practices
- Experience creating conversation flows, intents, and user journey mapping
- Portfolio showcasing relevant conversational AI design projects
