Senior Conversational Designer
Job Summary
To enhance the customer experience across chat conversational interfaces, the remote contract Senior Conversational Designer will manage the migration to Google Dialogflow CX, design NLU-driven interactions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate healthcare-related applications.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with the migration from Nuance to Google Dialogflow CX and architect complex conversational agents
- Identify opportunities for innovative conversational applications to improve user interaction with healthcare plans
- Review and analyze current conversational systems to identify gaps and enhance overall user experience
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher with 5+ years of relevant design strategy and product design experience
- Proven track record of creating engaging digital user experiences for chatbots
- Experience with Google Dialogflow CX, AWS Lex, and Genesys Cloud
- Experience developing design systems in collaboration with development teams
- High self-motivation and ability to work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams
