Senior Cord Blood Advisor

Job Summary

To support a growing sales team, the full-time Senior Cord Blood Advisor will educate families on newborn stem cell preservation and genetic screening services while achieving sales goals in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through a consultative sales process
• Document and track all leads and activity history consistently in Salesforce.com
• Educate prospective customers on the value of newborn stem cell banking and related services

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of sales experience, or an Associate's degree with 8 years, or a High School Diploma with 10 years of sales experience
• 3+ years of direct selling experience in a B2C environment preferred
• Formally trained in a selling methodology (e.g., Consultative, SPIN, Challenger)
• Strong analytical skills and a successful track record in sales
• Experience in a fast-paced inbound/outbound call environment is strongly desired
