Job Summary
Serving as a strategic legal partner to Sales and executive leadership, the remote Senior Corporate Counsel will structure, draft, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, focusing on enterprise SaaS revenue and supporting large-scale commercial growth.
Key responsibilities
- Structure, draft, and negotiate high-value commercial agreements, including global enterprise SaaS and cloud services contracts
- Manage legal risk in sophisticated enterprise transactions while balancing customer requirements with scalable contracting standards
- Accelerate deal velocity through the development of fallback positions, contract playbooks, and approval frameworks for multi-jurisdictional deals
Required qualifications
- Significant experience as a strategic legal partner in enabling enterprise SaaS revenue
- Expertise in structuring and negotiating complex commercial agreements
- Proven ability to manage legal risk in enterprise transactions
- Experience in developing frameworks that support large ACV deals
- Knowledge of enterprise-level issues such as IP licensing, data protection, and regulatory compliance
