Senior Corporate Counsel

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced and business-oriented Senior Corporate Counsel, the full-time remote position will provide legal support for mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, corporate governance, and strategic corporate projects while collaborating with senior business leaders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support all stages of mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and post-closing integration efforts
• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts, ensuring practical and efficient execution
• Assist with tax-driven corporate initiatives and maintain corporate entity structures

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited U.S. law school
• Active bar admission in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Minimum 8+ years of legal experience, including in-house corporate counsel experience
• Significant experience in M&A transactions and commercial contracting
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
