Senior Corporate Counsel, Data Centers

Job Summary

To support a growing cloud infrastructure company, the full-time Senior Corporate Counsel, Data Centers will manage high-value transactions related to data center operations and infrastructure projects in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive data center transactions, including drafting and negotiating various agreements
• Lead infrastructure procurement agreements for hardware and related equipment
• Partner cross-functionally to provide practical counsel on deal structure and risk allocation

Required qualifications

• Approximately 6-8+ years of legal experience, particularly in-house with data center or large-scale infrastructure projects
• Direct experience negotiating data center agreements from various perspectives
• Strong foundation in technology and infrastructure transactions
• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission in at least one U.S. state
• Proven ability to lead multiple complex projects independently and deliver practical advice
