Senior Corporate Counsel, Product

Job Summary

Serving as the embedded legal partner for Product and Engineering, the full-time Senior Corporate Counsel, Product will manage legal reviews of AI-related products, advise on payments and fintech regulatory compliance, and build scalable privacy programs while working remotely from anywhere in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Advise Product, Engineering, and Payments teams on new features, AI tools, pricing models, and payments integrations from concept through launch
• Own legal review of AI-related products, including training data sourcing and algorithmic decision-making
• Build and maintain privacy program elements relevant to product, ensuring compliance with state privacy laws

Required qualifications

• J.D. and active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 6+ years of legal experience, including in-house product counsel experience at a technology company
• Direct experience advising on AI/ML products and familiarity with the emerging AI regulatory landscape
• Experience with fintech or payments products, such as embedded payments or money movement
• Substantive privacy law experience, including CCPA/CPRA and GDPR
