Senior Corporate Development Officer

Job Summary

Driving revenue through strategic cause marketing partnerships, the full-time Senior Corporate Development Officer will identify, secure, and cultivate national and global partnerships while managing a diverse portfolio to support Habitat for Humanity's mission, all in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement tools and strategies to increase partner engagement in cause marketing initiatives and identify new partnership opportunities
• Maintain an active pipeline of qualified prospects and develop compelling solicitation plans to secure funding
• Serve as the primary relationship manager for corporate partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and partnership growth

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in cause marketing, sales, fundraising, or prospect development
• Experience in securing complex, six- and seven-figure multi-year commitments from Fortune 500 companies
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities
• Solid understanding of cause marketing best practices and principles of corporate social responsibility
