Job Summary
Owning corporate, equity, and entity operations, the full-time Senior Corporate Paralegal will manage equity administration, subsidiary compliance, and corporate governance while supporting employment legal work in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee equity administration, including lifecycle management and employee inquiries, while ensuring records are accurate and audit-ready
- Manage documentation and compliance for all subsidiaries, maintaining an organized entity management system
- Draft board and stockholder consents, prepare meeting materials, and maintain corporate records for Anaconda and its subsidiaries
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of corporate paralegal experience, preferably in-house at a venture-backed technology company or law firm
- Extensive experience administering equity in Carta, including grants and cap table maintenance
- Solid knowledge of equity compensation, stock option plans, and related tax considerations
- Experience managing subsidiary compliance and maintaining corporate records for multiple entities
- Paralegal certificate and/or bachelor's degree preferred
