Senior Corporate Recruiter

Job Summary

To support strategic talent acquisition efforts, the full-time remote Senior Corporate Recruiter will develop and execute recruitment plans, partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, and manage the full recruitment life cycle while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior leaders to identify talent gaps and create proactive recruiting strategies
• Utilize diverse sourcing methods to identify and engage high-quality candidates, including passive candidates
• Conduct thorough candidate evaluations through screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure a strong cultural fit

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, particularly in Technology Recruiting
• 8 or more years of experience in a Corporate or Agency environment
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Expertise in sourcing candidates through various channels, including social media
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
