Senior Corporate Recruiter

Job Summary

As a contract Senior Corporate Recruiter, the successful candidate will manage the full recruiting life cycle, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience while working in a hybrid or remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and create effective recruiting plans
• Source and maintain relationships with top-tier candidates throughout the hiring process
• Utilize the applicant tracking system to track candidate progress and build a quality candidate pipeline

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in-house and within regulated industries like biotech or medical devices
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Strong relationship-building skills to effectively partner with hiring managers
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
