Senior Corporate Recruiter

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Senior Corporate Recruiter will own full-cycle recruiting and pipeline generation for Sales & Partnerships and Operations teams, while building the recruiting playbook and hiring philosophy in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the corporate recruiting strategy by determining talent sourcing channels and creating structured hiring profiles
• Track and hit hiring targets, setting pipeline plans for each role and reporting progress weekly
• Champion the company's mission by engaging candidates and ensuring a positive hiring experience from intake through onboarding

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, primarily for sales and metrics-driven positions
• Proven ability to source candidates through cold outreach and build a candidate pipeline from scratch
• Experience in high-volume recruiting with a track record of consistently meeting hiring targets
• Strong service mindset with a commitment to candidate experience and follow-up
• Familiarity with ATS systems and recruiting tools, with a preference for experience using Lever
