Job Summary
To support a leading automotive supplier and manufacturing client, the full-time Senior Corporate Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, build diverse talent pipelines, and provide strategic guidance in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer across corporate and manufacturing functions
- Partner with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to align recruiting strategies with workforce plans
- Develop data-driven talent insights and ensure an exceptional candidate experience reflecting the client's values
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in HR and manufacturing or corporate environments
- Experience in developing and executing strategic recruiting initiatives with HR and business leadership
- Strong understanding of HR compliance and data-driven recruiting practices
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and presentations
