Senior Corporate Reliability Manager
Job Summary
Leading the development and implementation of maintenance and reliability strategies, the full-time salaried Senior Corporate Reliability Manager will oversee enterprise reliability governance, asset management, and continuous improvement initiatives in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and sustain the enterprise reliability strategy and governance model across the manufacturing network
- Lead the deployment of reliability programs and ensure standardization of maintenance practices across all manufacturing locations
- Develop organizational capability through training, coaching, and succession planning activities focused on maintenance and reliability talent
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Reliability Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related technical field
- 8-10 years of progressive experience in maintenance, reliability, engineering, or manufacturing within a food manufacturing or consumer packaged goods environment
- Experience with maintenance and reliability systems, including CMMS and asset management strategies
- Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) or equivalent certification
- Proven experience leading multi-site reliability initiatives
