Senior Corporate Strategy Analyst
Job Summary
Driving strategic initiatives, the full-time Senior Corporate Strategy Analyst will conduct market research, facilitate strategic planning, and manage Mergers & Acquisitions activities remotely while collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct market, customer, competitor, regulatory, and industry research to identify opportunities and trends
- Develop executive-ready insights and presentations to inform M&A and strategic planning efforts
- Lead financial modeling and due diligence for M&A targets and support post-merger integration planning
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Corporate Strategy or Strategic Planning with a focus on executive presentations
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis using Microsoft Excel
- 3+ years of experience in M&A with expertise in DCF valuation modeling and due diligence
