Senior Cost Controller

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Senior Level Cost Controller will manage CAPEX cost experience, oversee project cost controls, and provide accurate cost status and forecasts for a prominent client.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain project cost controls framework
• Conduct cost variance analysis and Earned Value Management
• Develop, maintain, and report on the integrated project schedule using Microsoft Project

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in CAPEX cost management
• Strong background in project cost controls
• Experience with Microsoft Project for scheduling and reporting
• Knowledge of cost variance analysis techniques
• Familiarity with Earned Value Management principles
