Senior Counsel, Commercial
Job Summary
To support a growing Commercial Legal team, the full-time Senior Counsel, Commercial will negotiate complex agreements, build legal templates and playbooks, and provide strategic legal guidance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Close deals efficiently while providing high-impact support to revenue teams
- Build and improve legal templates and playbooks to streamline future agreements
- Advise internal clients on legal matters critical to growth and innovation
Required qualifications:
- JD or equivalent from an accredited law school and a valid license to practice
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant legal experience in commercial agreements
- Strong knowledge of commercial law, IP law, and data protection regulations
- Experience in building trusted relationships as a strategic advisor
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools for legal processes
