Job Summary
To drive meaningful P&L value for the business, the full-time Senior Counsel, Commercial will manage Dandy's legal function, focusing on commercial contracts, corporate matters, and providing commercial guidance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate commercial agreements with customers and partners to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize ROI and support company initiatives related to product and market launches
- Advise internal business partners and executives on legal matters, acting as a trusted advisor on risk management
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a lawyer
- 4+ years of experience in commercial-focused work
- 2+ years of in-house experience at a tech company, preferably in B2B startups
- JD, LL.M, or equivalent degree; a focus in STEM is a plus
