Senior Course Development Manager
Job Summary
Owning and scaling the partner ecosystem strategy, the full-time Senior Course Development & Vendor Management professional will manage strategic partner relationships, oversee onboarding and content creation workflows, and ensure compliance and quality standards are met in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage relationships with existing content and course partners, ensuring they meet quality and compliance expectations
- Identify and onboard new high-value content partners aligned with the company's portfolio strategy
- Lead partners through course creation workflows while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet regulatory and learner experience standards
Required qualifications
- 5-8+ years of experience in partner management, vendor management, or content operations
- Experience working with external vendors and strategic partners in the education or digital learning sectors
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Familiarity with accreditation and regulatory requirements in education
