Senior Coverage Analyst
Job Summary
To support complex claims management, the fully remote Senior Coverage Analyst will investigate, analyze, and determine insurance coverage for intricate first-party and third-party claims while collaborating with legal and claims professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluates, negotiates, and settles complex represented and/or litigation claims in line with best practices
- Collaborates with defense counsel to develop negotiation and litigation strategies
- Documents claim files with notes, evaluations, and the decision-making process
Required Qualifications
- 4-year Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3 or more years of experience in claims handling or a related field
- Deep understanding of insurance policy language and legal principles
- Advanced analytical skills and strong legal reasoning
- Experience in evaluating legal opinions and complex insurance contracts
