Senior CRA Analyst

Job Summary

To support the execution of the Bank's Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) Program, the full-time Senior CRA Analyst will manage data collection and validation processes, oversee regulatory reporting, and ensure compliance with CRA regulations in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end data collection, geocoding, and validation processes for commercial and Community Development loans
• Maintain the Bank's CRA Public File and coordinate the compilation and submission of annual small business loan registers
• Build and maintain performance dashboards to monitor progress against CRA Strategic Plan targets

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of direct experience in CRA compliance, data analysis, or commercial loan compliance within a regulated financial institution
• Advanced skills in working with large datasets, geocoding tools, and reporting software
• Strong understanding of the Community Reinvestment Act and technical reporting requirements for small business loans
• Experience leveraging AI to document community development activities
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, public policy, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CRCM) are a plus
