Job Summary
To support the Site Management organization, the full-time Senior CRA Manager will provide leadership and oversight for CRA staff, develop metrics and KPIs, and ensure compliance with monitoring standards while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage resourcing strategy and personnel oversight for CRA staff within the Americas region
- Develop and implement metrics and KPIs for continuous improvement of CRA performance
- Provide performance management, coaching, and mentoring for CRA Managers and their teams
Required qualifications
- BS/BA in a relevant scientific discipline
- Minimum of 8-9 years of relevant Clinical Operations experience, including 4-5 years in personnel and trial management
- At least 4-5 years of monitoring experience, preferably in oncology global trials
- Experience in developing and managing performance metrics
- Strong understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines and monitoring SOPs
