Senior Creative Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing client and internal communications, the full-time Senior Creative Project Manager will ensure creative deadlines are met, oversee project budgets, and contribute to the development of advertising campaigns for nonprofit clients in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage client communications and internal workflows to meet creative deadlines and budget constraints
• Facilitate creative discussions, draft briefs, and oversee the production process from concept to delivery
• Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support for their professional development

Required qualifications:

• 5-7 years of creative project management experience, particularly in digital production and design
• Basic proficiency in Photoshop for minor edits and adjustments
• Experience implementing processes that enhance project accuracy and efficiency
• Proven ability to manage up and across teams to secure necessary resources
• Experience in supporting the professional development of junior staff through coaching
