Senior Creator Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

To drive creator acquisition for high-profile accounts, the full-time Senior Creator Acquisition Specialist will source and onboard creators, manage agency relationships, and ensure roster performance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own sourcing and onboarding creators for live rosters on major accounts, collaborating with the Senior Manager on load-sharing
• Deliver on roster performance metrics including turnaround time and approval rates, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Manage agency relationships from scoping to ongoing support, while proactively addressing issues and supporting sales efforts

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in creator marketing, talent management, or influencer sourcing within a marketplace environment
• Proven experience sourcing and closing creators directly, with a strong understanding of the creator landscape
• Experience working directly with talent agencies, including negotiation and onboarding
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Salesforce and spreadsheets, with the ability to track metrics and analyze data effectively
