Senior Creator Partnerships Manager

Job Summary

Building a comprehensive creator program from the ground up, the full-time Senior Influencer & Creator Partnerships Manager will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing creator partnerships while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch the creator program, including tiers, incentives, and onboarding processes
• Establish a scouting engine to identify and engage creators early in their careers
• Manage high-volume outreach and negotiate various partnership deals across multiple platforms

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in influencer, creator, talent, or community marketing with a proven track record of building or scaling programs
• A strong network of creators and influencers for effective outreach
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate deals across a wide financial spectrum
• Experience in managing ongoing community engagement or contributor programs
• Fluency in creator economics, including understanding of CPM, CPA, and revenue-sharing structures
