Senior Credentialing Representative

Job Summary

To support the enrollment of behavioral health providers, the full-time Senior Credentialing Representative will process applications, conduct quality audits, and provide training while working remotely within the U.S.

Key responsibilities:

• Process provider applications and re-applications, including initial communications and verifications
• Conduct quality audits and provide feedback to reduce errors and improve processes
• Facilitate onboarding and training for new employees and deliver targeted coaching for team members

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED
• 3+ years of healthcare customer service and/or administration experience
• 3+ years of healthcare provider credentialing experience
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Access to a designated quiet workspace with secure internet for handling Protected Health Information (PHI)
