Senior Credentialing Specialist

Job Summary

To support the mission of making mental health care more accessible, the full-time Senior Credentialing Specialist will manage the credentialing and enrollment processes for Providers, ensuring timely and accurate submissions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate credentialing and enrollment of Providers, including scoping enrollment requirements for new payer implementations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new payer launches and share operational insights
• Educate and support credentialing and enrollment associates as new processes and payers are introduced

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a healthcare setting with health insurance plans, networks, or credentialing verification organizations
• 2+ years of experience enrolling providers with regional or national payers
• Experience working collaboratively across teams in a cross-functional environment
• Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and CRM/ticketing platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk)
• Ability to develop and document new processes into easy-to-understand documentation
