Job Summary
To support the Power & Renewables sector, the full-time Senior Credit Products Specialist will structure, negotiate, and manage complex commercial credit relationships while providing strategic insights and mentoring junior credit professionals in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the structuring, analysis, and approval of complex credit transactions, balancing risk with business needs
- Proactively monitor portfolio risk and identify industry trends affecting credit quality
- Serve as a strategic partner to sales and senior leadership, offering expertise in credit negotiations and deal execution
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or 12+ years of equivalent experience; MBA or CFA preferred
- Minimum of 10 years in commercial credit analysis, structuring, underwriting, and portfolio management
- Deep expertise in structuring and negotiating complex credit agreements
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence credit strategy and policy
- In-depth understanding of macroeconomic factors and their impact on credit risk
