Senior Credit Strategy Analyst
Job Summary
To support the development of credit strategies for Small Business Line of Credit and card products, the full-time Senior Credit Strategy Analyst will optimize credit policies and analyze portfolio performance while working remotely from anywhere within the U.S.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and optimize credit strategies balancing growth, risk, profitability, and customer experience
- Analyze portfolio performance and customer behavior to identify trends and recommend actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into implementable credit strategies
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in credit strategy, credit risk, or related disciplines
- Experience with small business, consumer, or revolving credit products
- Working knowledge of automated underwriting and decisioning frameworks
- Demonstrated analytical skills using SQL
- Ability to translate analytical findings into actionable business requirements
